ORDER & DELIVERY
When you place your order through the online store www.tstudio.gr, you have the option to cancel your order within the same day you placed the order. For any return of your products, you can send us your request by filling out the return form or you can contact us at 2244 048 501.
When you call us to return an order please know your order number
As soon as your order leaves our store, you will receive an email with shipping information. Depending on the chosen shipping method, your package will be delivered to your address or the nearest delivery point. Please note that the postal service may opt to deliver to the nearest delivery point. In the email sent, you will find all relevant information about your package and how to track it.
If you haven't received an order confirmation email within 24 hours of your purchase, please check your junk mail and contact our customer service department at 2244048501 or 6943625680 / 6986701668. To track your package, the tracking number is essential. You can find the tracking number and the link to locate your package in the shipment confirmation email.
If more
than 14 days have passed since you placed your order and you haven't received
it yet, please contact us by clicking the "CONTACT US" button at the
bottom of the page.
The sizes for each style T-shirt & Hoodie are different. All t-shirts and hoodies have been measured from armpit to armpit, at chest height (B width), and from the bottom to the shoulder (A length), open and on a flat surface.
There may be small
discrepancies in individual cases. Try to measure a similar t-shirt of your own
that fits well on you, and compare it with the listed dimensions, where you
will find them by entering one of our products in the sizechart button.
Parcel
shipments within and outside Greece are handled by the General Postal Service.
Return
We
sincerely apologize for sending you a product different from what you ordered!
Please
begin by double-checking the confirmation of your order to see what you
initially requested. If you haven't received the product you ordered, please
contact us using the "CONTACT US" button below on this page, and we
will do our best to rectify the error.
In the
event that you have received an order containing a defective product, we
sincerely apologize for this inconvenience! Please contact us by sending an
email or calling us at 2244 048 501, and we will do everything we can to assist
you.
When
contacting us, please include the following:
• A
photograph of the defective product
• The order
number or the name you used when placing your order
The right
of return or exchange does not apply to products that have been produced
according to the customer's specific requirements or personalized to the
customer's personal preferences (e.g., products with a personalized design or
custom design).
Personalized
products are produced based on personal requirements and cannot be returned or
exchanged.
You have
the right to return one or more products for a size exchange within 14 days
from the receipt of your order.
To exchange
a product, return it to us, and once we receive it, we will contact you for the
size exchange.
To approve
your return, the following criteria must be met:
The products you want to return must be in excellent condition, with sealed packaging and without being washed or ironed.
• The
product must be in its original packaging with intact labels and protective
stickers.
• The
product must not be customized with a monogram or personalization.
• The
product should not be a hygiene item that cannot be returned for health and
hygiene reasons (e.g., face masks).
Please also note:
• Products
cannot be exchanged by our retailers.
• As a
customer, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
• We do not
accept returns on gift cards.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
T-shirt
Studio payment process includes multiple security checks for maximum safety. If
your payment is successful, you will receive an order confirmation email within
24 hours.
If you
haven't received an order confirmation, please check your spam or junk folder.
Still
haven't received the confirmation?
Use the
"CONTACT US" button or call us at 2244 048 501 for us to confirm your
order.
Transactions
and payment details are directly handled by payment service providers with
secure encryption and strict banking transaction criteria. Credit card details
are sent directly to the bank, and no one can read or see them.
To use the
discount code, go to the payment page and click on the coupon/gift
voucher/reward field. Enter the code and click "apply"; you will then
see the discount applied. Please note that the discount can only be applied to
regular-priced items (not on sale or discounted items).
If the
discount code is not working:
• Ensure
there are no extra spaces before or after the code.
• Try
clearing your cookies/cache and try again.
• Discount
codes cannot be combined, and you can only use one discount code per order.
• Discount
codes cannot be applied to items with reduced prices.
• Discount
codes cannot be used for purchasing gift cards.
• Some
codes may be specific to certain items or valid only until a specific date.
• Certain
codes may work only for specific customers or in specific countries.

GIFT CARD
Electronic
Gift Card (E-Gift)
Often, we
don't know what gift to give, or we don't have time to choose the perfect one
for our friend, godchild, parents, or beloved niece. With the Electronic Gift
Card from T-shirt Studio, you can instantly send not only your appreciation but
also the opportunity for the recipient to choose what suits them best from a
wide range of options, including short-sleeved shirts, sweatshirts, mugs, hats,
and even pillows. Don't forget that we can also create custom designs!
Service
Information:
• Choose
the amount you want to gift electronically, fill in the recipient's details and
email, add your message, and proceed to easy online payment via debit/credit
card or Paypal.
• The
recipient will receive the Electronic Gift Card along with your message via
email within a few minutes. They can redeem it within one year for purchasing
items from www.tstudio.gr or through phone orders at 2244 048 501.
They can also use it in our physical store.
• Please
note that the Electronic Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash and can only be
used to purchase items with a value equal to or greater than the specified
amount.
• It can be
used for online purchases or at our physical store in Rhodes.
• The gift
card is valid for one year from the date of purchase. The expiration date
cannot be extended.
• Gift
cards can only be used when purchasing products at their regular price. They
cannot be used for discounted, promotional, or sale items or with discount
codes.
• Gift
cards cannot be used to purchase another gift card.
• The
amount on the gift card cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash.
• Lost or
misplaced gift cards/codes cannot be replaced.
Keep in
mind that your gift card code is valuable and cannot be considered as cash.

To use the
discount code, go to the checkout and click on the "Coupon/Gift
Card/Reward" field. Enter the code and click "Submit"; then you
will see that it will be deducted from the total purchase.
