Plasticol silk prints / heat transfer to fabric

Οne of the most well-known methods of printing patterns on polyester, acrylic and synthetic fabrics.
Stamp, Iron Press, Heat Transfer, Plastizol Stamp are some of the names used and refer to the heat transfer iron pattern that you print in the same way as in the direct screen printing method, but we use instead of fabric, with silicone plastic paper. So we have our prints on paper and we choose when and how many clothes we will decorate with this design. In this way we significantly reduce the cost of production since we reduce the stock of products.
Very good color performance, we create any pantone shade and coverage, because the ink binds to the surface of the fabric and penetrates less into the fiber than in direct silkscreen on the fabric.
These irons are heat transferred to the fabric with a 6bar press, at 160 degrees for 10's or at a lower temperature for more delicate fabrics as long as the prints are printed with corresponding inks.
Endurance test: High resistance to washing at a temperature of up to 30 degrees C. In order to keep the garment in good condition for a long time, we wash it and iron it by turning it inside out.

- Turn the product upside down & wash it down to 40 ° C
- Do not use long hours & intense washing
- Do not use a dryer
